Eminentz Group of Companies. We may share your information within Eminentz Group of Companies to provide you with easy access to other Eminentz Group's Websites. As well, we operate this Site, in part, as a Web-based employment center for Eminentz Group of Companies worldwide. In the course of carrying out our recruitment process and seeking to improve the content of this Site, we may transfer the information that Users have submitted regarding employment opportunities to Eminentz Group of Companies' offices throughout the world. Eminentz Mind Companies will use your information only in accordance with this Policy.

But we may transfer User information to Eminentz Group of Companies' offices and service providers throughout the world as we carry out our recruitment process and as we seek to improve the content of this Site. We may retain such information for a period in our backup systems as a precaution against system failures. We may retain some information for longer periods as required by law, contract, or auditing requirements.
