About this Site This site is initiated, developed and maintained by Eminentz Mind Sdn Bhd to provide quality on-line consulting services on employment related matters to all employees in Malaysia, specifically concerning their legal rights and obligations at the workplace; and at the same time fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) role. This site has its first appearance in June 2006, and has benefited its 2,500 registered members by way of providing free legal advices in relation to their workplace issues. On 25th February 2008, the site receives an all new facelift, where two additional features are being added to the site, i.e. Public Forum and Private Consultation, while maintaining the simplicity of the site. About Public Forum The Public Forum within this site provides an avenue for all members to express and exchange their views on all issues related to the workplace. Members who are not aware of their rights may post their issues at the Public Forum, while other members who are more learned may respond by providing some friendly advice, quite instantly. The Public Forum adopts the principle that sharing is the key to learning. The Public Forum is moderated by our Industrial Relations expert, whose role is to ensure that the discussions conducted in the forum are within its legal and ethical boundaries. Answers received from other members in respond to another member's issues are being moderated by our Industrial Relations expert, who will be quick to respond to the correctness/accuracy of such answers received from such other members, where our Industrial Relations expert will either comment on the answers provided from such other members or will recommend for Private Consultation. About Private Consultation For members who prefer a one-to-one session with our Industrial Relations expert, a Private Consultation page is provided to enable them to seek personalised and private consultation with the Industrial Relations expert in addressing their workplace issues.
